In the upcoming Disney+ series “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” Jude Law plays a mystery man as the protagonist.

As bizarre as it seems now, Marvel novels and comics were the only memories of ‘Star Wars’ Of course, the number of current items that grow the franchise to unfathomable levels two decades ago (and have been faced with popular outrage) is a major difference. The first trailer for their new children’s series, ‘Skeleton Crew‘, stars Jude Law in a distant galaxy.

On December 3, ‘Star Wars: Skeleton Crew’ will follow four children who think they found a Jedi temple, but it’s actually a ship that landed on their planet years earlier. Naturally, Jod Na Nawood, a Force-user, helps the kids on their galactic voyage.

The actors stated the series recalled them of Amblin films like E.T. and The Goonies, and the trailer goes straight to the bottom. This will be Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s first project since winning the Oscar for Everything at Once, Everywhere. Will we get amazing episodes or are they just working for food? It indicates a desire to do things well.

As of now, I’ve found the ‘Skeleton Crew’ trailer delightful, which is needed to reignite public interest in a franchise that has stalled and introduce a world of suburbs and modern cities that at least tries to be unique. Four months remain to determine if the intuitions are right or not. Cross lightsabers.

On Friday at the Honda Center, the Jedi actor told the audience that the series references 1980s Amblin Entertainment kid fantasy films like The Goonies. “I fell in love with Star Wars when I was a 10-year-old boy,” Law added. “[This] series is told from the kids’ perspective.”

Skeleton Crew features “a group of kids who are about 10 years old who get lost in the Star Wars universe,” stated director and EP Jon Watts at the 2022 Star Wars Celebration, adding, “It stars four kids, but it’s not a kids’ show.”

As Law mentioned, the footage shows young kids riding space bikes around the space suburbs and finding a starship in the woods, demonstrating the Amblin influence. Banshees of Inisherin actor Jerry Condon states, “Tomorrow’s test will set the course of your entire future.” The ship enters hyperspeed, revealing various odd species in otherworldly settings before an unknown character warns the kids to trust no one and warns them of intergalactic perils.

Law’s Force User powers are revealed as a key gently floats into his hand at the end of the film. “We had a terrific time making the show,” the actor stated onstage, via Entertainment Weekly.

The eight episodes were directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert (Everything Everywhere All at Once), David Lowery (The Green Knight), Lee Isaac Chung (Twisters and Minari), Jake Schreier (Beef), and Bryce Dallas Howard.
